Meet Our Director
Desean Flagg Sr., better known as Mr. Dee, is the dedicated director of Genesis Academy Learning Center ONE. After 13 years of working alongside his mother, Frances Johnson, in the childcare business, Mr. Dee has taken the reins of the family legacy. Having held various roles throughout the years—including toddler teacher, bus driver, remote learning program coordinator, and summer camp director—Mr. Dee has gained invaluable experience in every aspect of childcare. He is also a CDA-certified childcare professional, committed to providing the highest level of care. Under his leadership, Genesis Academy Learning Center ONE will introduce new and efficient processes, ensuring an even better experience for our students and their families.
